Barnyard and Studio Experience
First stop, a visit to the Barnyard…
After arriving at The Art Barn, we will make our way to the barn for a visit with the animals where we will be greeted by an assortment of critters. Parents are welcome to come along with us to the barn. There is a lot to see and learn for folks of all ages. We will spend time with goats, chickens, ducks, rabbits, turkeys, geese, miniature horses and more!
Next, a short walk to the Art Studio
After our time at the barn, we will move to the studio space and make some art! Kids will be introduced to different art tools and techniques during our time in the ART BARN. Paint, pastels, scissors, glue, watercolors and more will be introduced during classes! Parents can take advantage of a little down time at our picnic tables or enjoy a walk on the rails to trails, easily accessible at the end of our driveway! Parents can feel free to leave and come back for pick up. The kids will be waiting to show you what they’ve made in studio.
Upcoming Events
We offer classes in three different age groups:
“The Littles”- Ages 4-6
“The Middles” - Ages 7-10
“Mommy and Me” - Ages 2-4
Our Barnyard and Studio Experiences for the Littles and Middles are two hours long, and Mommy and Me Experiences are an hour and a half.

Birthday Party Venue
Running Creeks Farm will soon offer a birthday party rental which will include outdoor party space, different party themes, and even hand-led pony rides and visits to the barnyard. Some of the details and logistics of this are still in the works, but we are excited to have it all on our “to do” list. More details to come!
